Are You Making These 3 Mistakes That Make Chronic Abdominal Pain Worse?

Well, I was. And you wouldn’t believe how I got it to not only stop but also to lose weight even at the age of 55.

Hi, I’m Lily, and I was nearly 200 pounds, suffering from nearly constant abdominal pain. I wasn’t always this way, but as I turned 50 and with each passing birthday, things seemed to be getting worse.

I chalked it up to getting older. Isn’t this why people our age complain? All those aches and pains. Feeling bloated. Gaining weight. It just seemed like it was normal since everyone else complained about it too.

But then I began feeling worse. Everything I ate seemed to cause me gastrointestinal distress.

It was so bad, I made an appointment with my doctor.

Blood test after blood test, and you know what I found out?

It was my diet. By simply changing this, my doctor said it would stop that chronic abdominal pain.

I was sad though. I thought I wouldn’t ever be able to eat the things I liked anymore. Or that I’d always be hungry and wistful while everyone around me enjoyed the kind of food I loved.

Boy, was I wrong!

I’m sharing my story today to let you know that it’s not normal to feel this way. Even at 50. Or 55. Or beyond.

Something has to change and it’s in the way that you eat. But it’s not like those other diets. It’s a sustainable way to your best health. And when you make the switch, you will soon see all those other weird health problems you had, the very ones that sent me running to the doctor, all vanish away.

So, what did my doctor tell me?

My doctor told me that I needed to focus on eating anti-inflammatory foods. He explained to me that inflammation is the root cause of all this. By using a holistic way to heal my body, it would change everything.

It was such a shock because as I started getting older and packing on weight, I’d try all kinds of other diets and none of them would ever make a difference. I’d get disheartened and just fall off the wagon.

I thought it was crazy that I could simply eat an anti-inflammatory diet to change my life. But if you see me now vs then, you can tell the difference immediately.

I no longer feel fatigued. I am not bloated or having digestive issues. And I have the kind of energy I thought was only for younger people.

So, I want to share with you the 3 things I learned were responsible for my chronic abdominal pain and what I did to change my life.

3 Things You’re Doing That Make Your Abdominal Pains Worse

These are real eye-openers. If you’re doing any of them, stop right now. There’s a much better way to turn your health around, shake off weight, and feel amazing.

  1. Crazy diets

There really are so many diets out there and I tried pretty much all of them. I cut out carbs. I ate only meat. I went hungry. I cooked things that smelled like boiled shoes.

But these crazy diets are fads because they do not last. They are not sustainable, and they only make your digestive system upset. You’re not giving your body what it needs to be healthy and balanced, which can cause abdominal pains to get even worse.

  1. Imbalance of nutrients

One of the biggest problems with other diets is that there is just no balance. You wind up missing out on key things like fiber and antioxidants, both of which you need for healthy digestion. When you’re lacking in these areas, it can make your abdominal pain hurt like crazy. All you really need to lose weight and feel great is to eat the right foods for your body.

  1. Assuming this is just because you’re 50+

The most surprising thing I learned is that this is not because I’m in my 50s. Did you know it can happen at any age? Even the younger generations should be on the lookout. You don’t have to suffer any longer because there is a way to get your health back on track, stop the abdominal aches and pains, and look fantastic no matter how old you are.

That’s why I liked what Immudi had. It started with a free quiz that asked about my lifestyle and metrics. From there, I received a plan crafted by professional experts and nutritionists that included anti-inflammatory foods and delicious recipes that were easy to make.

It was really easy to follow, and they kept up my motivation with constant support. I didn’t feel like I was fumbling along all by myself.

Now, the doctor had said that by switching to an anti-inflammatory diet, I was going to feel better. I didn’t think he meant so quickly! After a week, I was brimming with energy. It was enough to keep me going forward.

Then I ran into some friends I hadn’t seen in a while a few weeks later and they were shocked. “What have you been doing? You look phenomenal!” I told them about Immudi, and now they’re trying it too.

I’ve been single for many years now, but now men are coming up to me in droves. I feel so different in the best way possible. My body feels alive again, and it never felt like that with any other diet.

But best of all, even beyond the weight I’ve lost (and I’m now at 135lbs) is the abdominal pain that was disrupting my life is completely gone. I never have those aches anymore.

Changing your diet to an anti-inflammatory diet is the way to go to look and feel better as you go from 50 and beyond. Just take the quiz and see!
