About me
Initially trained as a medical doctor, I later turned to the natural health field, studying nutrition and health from the perspective of functional and naturopathic medicine. In addition to my MD, I am also a certified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist.
My coaching
As a health practitioner, my biggest passion is helping my clients maintain optimal health and reverse chronic health conditions. I’m happy to provide nutritional and lifestyle consultations to my clients and deliver tailored plans utilizing a holistic approach. Once we start working with you individually, I will provide you with a health questionnaire as well as a list of necessary blood tests to have a full picture of your current health at point A. During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss your health history, symptoms and health goals. As a result, you will receive a health plan consisting of dietary suggestions, supplements (if needed), and lifestyle recommendations aimed to optimize your health and wellbeing.
