Hi! I’m Jennifer, a Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach with over a decade in the health and wellness field. With degrees in both Psychology and Foods and Nutrition. I intertwine the two and specialize in emotional eating, habit-building, and mental health — especially as it relates to dieting and body image struggles.

Dieting and trying to get a specific body image or weight is stressful. It creates so much fear and anxiety that it can lead to years of yo-yo dieting and a relentless inner critic that’s obsessed with food and weight.
