About me
With over 25 years in my field, I am highly sought after and have been featured in two critically acclaimed documentary films, Fasting and The Motivation Factor for my expertise as a health and fitness professional. I have helped thousands of people transform their lives and businesses through expertly designed fasting protocols, meal plans and training programs to maximize fat loss, strength, mobility, and brain function. My main focus is to raise awareness on the connection between fasting and fitness, and to motivate, inspire and educate people to live their best lives.
My coaching
We start with a 60 minute session where we identify a wellness vision, key motivators, obstacles that can get in your way and strategies to overcome those obstacles. The wellness vision is a roadmap of where you want be in 9 to 12 months. We then develop 3-month goals and trouble shoot any areas that you might be struggling. You also have daily access to me through email, text or services of choice. Overall, I keep you motivated and hold you accountable through the entire journey. Overall, I help you make behaviour changes related to fitness, nutrition, fasting, health, weight, stress and life issues.
