We start with a 60 minute session where we identify a wellness vision, key motivators, obstacles that can get in your way and strategies to overcome those obstacles. The wellness vision is a roadmap of where you want be in 9 to 12 months. We then develop 3-month goals and trouble shoot any areas that you might be struggling. You also have daily access to me through email, text or services of choice. Overall, I keep you motivated and hold you accountable through the entire journey. Overall, I help you make behaviour changes related to fitness, nutrition, fasting, health, weight, stress and life issues.
