Quick solutions exist, but they are not sustainable, the only thing that really works and that is scientifically proven is nutritional education for the creation of healthy habits. I want you to learn to eat intuitively, enjoy exercise, manage your stress and quality of sleep, and prevent and/or control diseases. Remember that physical changes always come, if you want to change your body composition you can do it, but it is not the most important when we talk about your health, you will realize that by making small changes you will sleep better, you will have more energy and an incredible physical condition, you will stop have problems such as headaches, stomach aches, inflammation, acne, hair loss, dry skin, etc.
